On the January 20th, 2024, Youth Forum was held as a highlight at the 13th Technological Exchange Symposium on Laboratory Animal Application in Traditional Chinese Medicine Development in China. A total of 128 papers were collected for this forum, and 23 young talents from universities and research institutes across the country shared their research work and achievements. This forum provided a good academic exchange platform for young researchers, fully inspiring their enthusiasm, strengthening the connection between young scholars in the field of traditional Chinese medicine laboratory animals and senior experts and scholars nationwide, and further enhancing the sense of responsibility and mission of researchers in the field of laboratory animal application in traditional Chinese medicine development.


During the Youth Forum, Associate Professor Song Bing from Gansu University of Chinese Medicine gave a popular science lecture on "Key Points of Animal Welfare and Ethical Review for Laboratory Animals" to young students.
