The 10th AFLAS Congress & The 18th Academic Conference on Laboratory Animal Science and Technology of China will be held from October 20 to 24, 2025, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Co-hosted by The Asian Federation of Laboratory Animal Science Associations (AFLAS) and the Chinese Association for Laboratory Animal Sciences (CALAS), the conference will center around the theme "Laboratory Animal Science & Technology and Human Health". Submissions may include full texts or abstracts (abstracts should be under 800 words). Full-text submissions are eligible for the selection of excellent papers.
Formatting: Follow the “2025 AFLAS Paper Submission Format” and submit in Word format along with an authorization form. Submissions must include author details (All authors' names, birth dates for the first and corresponding authors, affiliation, contact information).
The author shall be notified by email or telephone after academic review whether to arrange on-site exchange of the research results.

2. Registration and Payment Methods:
Participants can register and pay starting February 26, 2025, via the official conference website: aflas2025.cn The steps are as follows:
· Visit the website → Click on "English" to enter the English Page → Click on "Registration" → Fill in the required information.
① Domestic Participants:
· Online Payment: Online payment is recommended. Upon successful payment confirmation, registration will be completed.
· Bank Transfer: If paying via bank transfer, participants must upload the payment receipt. The finance team will verify receipt of the payment. Once confirmed, the registration will be completed via the website backend.
② International and Participants from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions of China:
· Bank Transfer: After completing the online registration on the website, participants should transfer the fee to the designated conference account provided on the website. Upload the payment receipt immediately after the transfer. The finance team will verify the payment, and registration will be confirmed upon receipt.
③ On-Site Payment:
· Accepted in Chinese Yuan (CNY) only.
· Credit cards and mobile payments are supported.
3. Invoice Information (if applicable):
The organizing committee will issue an electronic VAT invoice (regular invoice) for participants who have paid the registration fee.
· The invoice item will be categorized as "Conference Fee," depending on the registration type.
· Participants must provide accurate invoicing details (organization name, taxpayer identification number, and email) as required in the registration form.
4. Accommodation:
The official conference hotel is Hangzhou Platinum Hotel in Zhejiang Province, with additional partner hotels being added. As the conference will be held at Hangzhou Platinum Hotel, participants are encouraged to choose this hotel for greater convenience. Make hotel reservations during registration to secure your room. Payment is made at check-in.
