Call for Papers:  Proceedings of the 10th AFLAS Congress & The 18th Academic Conference on Laboratory Animal Science and Technology of China (2025· Hangzhou)

 We sincerely invite experts and scholars from home and abroad to submit academic papers and participate in the selection of outstanding papers.

Format Requirements:

1. Submissions can be in the form of a full paper or an abstract (abstracts limited to 300 words).

2. Formatting should follow the 2025 AFLAS AbstractSubmission Guidelines (click "2025 AFLAS Abstract Submission Guidelines" below to download the attachment) and be submitted as a Word document.

Submission Process:
Visit the conference official website at http://www.aflas2025.cn/#/en  → Register and log in → Click “Abstracts Submission” → Read the “Paper Authorization and Commitment Letter” → Click “New Abstract” to submit the required paper information as per the webpage instructions.

Notes:

1. The content of the submitted article should be based on the author's original research achievements, and consent from team members and supervisors should be obtained before submission.

2. Research papers, reports, and reviews published or unpublished in the past two years are eligible for submission. For published papers, please provide the relevant information during submission; if unpublished, please indicate "None".

3. Full paper submissions are eligible for the outstanding paper selection.

4. The paper must include the full names of all authors, birth dates (for the first and corresponding authors), affiliations, and contact information for communication with the organizing committee.

Submission Timeline:

1. Submission period: From now until July 10, 2025.

2. Review stage: Notification of whether the submitted research will be presented at the conference will be communicated via email after academic review.

3. Proceedings printing stage: Selected submissions will be published in the Proceedings of the 10th AFLAS Congress & The 18th Academic Conference on Laboratory Animal Science and Technology of China (2025· Hangzhou). Outstanding papers will have the opportunity to participate in academic discussions at the conference. Authors acknowledge and authorize the proceedings to make appropriate modifications and optimizations to the paper content based on academic publishing requirements, formatting standards, and dissemination needs.
